At only 34 Adam has already battled obesity, type II diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, drug addiction, fast food addiction, and depression. Once weighing over 300 pounds, he lost all interest in life. Adam dug himself out with plant-based nutrition, reversed his chronic health conditions and lost 160 pounds. Now a health coach for the Whole Foods Market Medical and Wellness Clinic in Austin, Texas and an addiction recovery counselor he has developed a program using plant-based nutrition as a tool for strengthening recovery and relapse prevention.
