Fitness sessions, including yoga and Zumba classes, are 30 minutes unless otherwise stated  These mini sessions give you the chance to get in a quick workout or try a new fitness activity without working up a sweat. Wear comfortable clothes so that you can enjoy these between lectures. They will reinvigorate and energize you!
