Out of caution and concern for COVID-19 health risks, we regrettably have decided to postpone HealthFest 2020 until 2021.
We have been continuously monitoring the situation with COVID-19 (coronavirus) for the last several weeks. Based on reports from the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the recommendation of a respected authority on emerging infectious diseases, and after consulting with our team members, it has become apparent that the right decision is for us to move HealthFest to a later date.
We care about your health. That’s why HealthFest exists – and at this time we feel strongly that there is a need to recognize that the potential risks to our attendees, speakers, and team members is serious. The decision to postpone was further influenced by concerns received from guests, exhibitors, and others traveling to the East Texas area for our event.
If you’ve registered for HealthFest 2020, your all-access pass will be automatically changed and updated once the new dates have been secured Our goal is to create a smooth transition for all our attendees. Once we announce the new dates, if you aren’t able to attend, we will offer refunds. We request your patience over the next few weeks, while we make the necessary arrangements.
We are disappointed to have to postpone until 2021, but public safety is our main priority. We hope to announce a new date within a few weeks, after securing new facility dates, and coordinating the new dates with our speakers. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we’re working to make this our best event ever.
